- These terms govern your use of Touchie ai and the conversations you have with the virtual characters published here. By opening a chat you accept them in full.
- You confirm that you are at least eighteen years old. Touchie ai is written for an adult audience and is not intended for minors under any circumstances.
- Every character published on Touchie ai is fictional. Names, biographies, portraits and personalities are invented and do not depict, represent or imply any real person, living or otherwise.
- Conversations produced by the characters are generated content. They are offered for entertainment and companionship and must never be treated as professional advice.
- Nothing on Touchie ai is medical, legal, psychological or financial guidance. If you need help in any of those areas, contact a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for the content you send. Do not submit material that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory or harmful to another person.
- You may not use Touchie ai to attempt to identify, imitate or harass a real individual, or to produce content involving anyone under the age of eighteen.
- Automated collection of pages, portraits or character text from Touchie ai — including scraping, mirroring and bulk downloading — is prohibited without written permission.
- All written character profiles, portraits, layouts and brand assets published on Touchie ai are protected material and remain the property of their owner.
- You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to view the material on Touchie ai for your own private, non-commercial use.
- You may not resell, sublicense, republish or redistribute any part of Touchie ai without prior written agreement.
- Access to certain features may require a paid plan. Plan names, inclusions and prices are shown on the pricing section and may change over time.
- Prices are quoted in United States dollars unless a different currency is displayed at the point of purchase, and may exclude local taxes.
- Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- You may cancel a renewal at any time. Cancellation stops future charges and access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
- Refunds are handled case by case. Requests should be sent through the contact form together with the details of the purchase.
- You are responsible for keeping any access credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place through your access.
- Availability is offered on a best-effort basis. Maintenance, upgrades or events outside reasonable control may interrupt access without notice.
- Characters, features, sections and pricing may be added, changed or withdrawn from Touchie ai at any time.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Touchie ai is provided without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of Touchie ai is excluded.
- Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the total amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- You agree to indemnify Touchie ai against claims arising from your misuse of the material published here or your breach of these terms.
- Links to third-party destinations are provided for convenience. Touchie ai does not control and is not responsible for their content or practices.
- Access may be suspended or terminated immediately where these terms are breached, without notice and without refund of amounts already used.
- These terms may be revised. The revised version applies from the moment it is published, and continued use signals your acceptance of it.
- If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in full force and the unenforceable clause is read as narrowly as the law allows.
- Failure to enforce any provision at a given moment does not waive the right to enforce it later.
- These terms, together with the privacy policy, form the entire agreement between you and Touchie ai regarding use of this site.
